Big 3 Media – Storyboard Intern

• Meet with directors to discuss, understand objectives of tasks and visualise scripts.
• Create rough thumbnails and execute storyboards to meet storytelling objectives.
• Meet all deadlines as determined by Producers, Directors and relevant department.
• Ensure consistent clarity and quality in storyboard work.
• Assist in research, style development and other illustrative work.
• Feedback and address issues with creative supervisors; ask necessary questions.
• Communicate progress of work to creative supervisors and to appropriate production staff.
• Follow proper document management requirements (i.e., file naming and storage) according to the production’s guidelines.
• Attend and contribute to relevant meetings and pitches as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Strong drawing foundation and quick sketching and proficient in producing drawings with Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of composition, storytelling, staging and perspective.
• Good aesthetic eye and adaptability.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects a plus.
• Minimum of 1 year storyboard experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Work well under pressure, ability to multitask a plus
