Brainstorm and research ideas, trending topics, and creative concepts for production.
Assist with project timelines, including scheduling shoots, booking locations, casting talent, and organising resources.
Coordinate with talent, crew, and vendors while managing paperwork such as permits, release forms, and contracts.
Provide hands-on support during filming, including managing props, cueing talent, logging takes, and ensuring adherence to schedules.
Transcribe pre-interviews or video content during post-production to support editing and storytelling.
Run errands as needed to support the production team and ensure smooth operations.
Track budgets, expenses, and invoices, maintaining detailed records of shooting schedules and financials.
Job Requirements:
A Degree/Diploma in Filmmaking, Producing or Mass Communication or equivalent
Organised and possess good time management
Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills
Good visualisation skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
