Key responsibilities
- To prepare and facilitate submission both commercial and technical for tender and/or quotation for Singapore and other offices within the region
- Provide general administrative support (update database, reports...)
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to collect information and documents for bidding.
Requirement
- Undergraduates from local universities
- Able to commit for at least 3 months and work in fast paced environment.
- Needs to be well organized, meticulous and able to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
