Job brief
We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to perform various administrative task to support our site teams.
Responsibilities
- downloading & uploading of orders from Customer Central System
- Prepare, sort, distribute and reply incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
- Assist in office management and organization procedures
- Perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Any Field, Preferably in IT or Engineering aspect
- Very good knowledge and experience working with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
- Good communication skills
- Very good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
