Job Description
  1. At the Global Supply Chain unit, apply business re-engineering concepts to improve efficiency and effectiveness at lines of business and organization level leveraging on corporate IT solutions and services.
  2. Support the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at the unit to manage several critical regional improvement projects.
  3. Act as the IT coordinator to onboard new hires on corporate IT systems, solutions and services.
  4. Engage with business leaders to translate business and operational needs into coherent systems and processes.
  5. Lead, participate and monitor Six Sigma projects and analyze data to derive insights, challenges and solutions.
  6. Prepare reports and present project updates to stakeholders, including management teams.


Requirements

  • Bachelor in Computer Science / Operations Management / Business with IT
  • [Must have] Good knowledge of and interest in corporate IT implementation, solutions and services.
  • [Must have] Possess the confidence to independently interact with internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willing to undertake multiple projects with competing priorities.
  • Comfortable with using IT collaboration tools to partner with project peers across different regions.
