Job Description
- Liaise with clients to arrange meeting to sign renewal leasing agreements.
- Obtain any supplementary documents necessary to facilitate generation of renewal leasing agreements.
- Meet with client to explain agreement and terms and conditions as well as endorse renewal leasing agreements.
- Check, scan and file necessary leasing agreements.
- Any other adhoc jobs as required by reporting manager.
Requirements
- Confident and able to work independently to meet clients.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Effectively bilingual to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking customers.
- Able to work Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
Transport to and fro meetings will be strictly on claims basis (Grab/Tada/Comfort).
