Job Description

The role involves responsibilities related to assisting sales function and promoting of the company's products. Also, this role is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive employer brand image through various channels as an attractive employer to potential candidates and current employees. This role also supports MD to manage ad-hoc projects for the company.

This position is based in Singapore. This role reporting to Managing Director (Sales) and HR Departments (Marketing) 


The responsibilities are:


  • Assist in sales functions, including preparing quotation, sales plans, prospecting, researching, handling sales issues, and building customer relationships.

  • Handle lead generation to gain the interest of potential customers.

  • Manage specific customer accounts related to sales enquiries, feedback and coordination.

  • Keep track, coordinate and inform the backlog and stock level.




  • Execute marketing activities with instruction from a marketing manager (AUS).

  • Coordinate with external suppliers / vendors on marketing materials and activities, including marketing materials printing and ordering.

  • Identify target audience and create contents for brand awareness, brand reviews in social media, events, product launching, promotion and useful tips on safety and product selection for end users across social media channels.

  • Create visually appealing artwork for sales-related initiatives, such as sales presentations, sales collateral, and sales events.



  • Create and maintain a positive employer brand image through various channels.

  • Curate content such as festive postings, share useful tips for employees internally and useful tips for job seekers across social media channels.

  • Design personal branding pamphlets for colleagues' business development purposes.

  • Create engaging and informative social media posts to attract and engage potential candidates.

  • Plan and organize employee engagement events.

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with educational institutions, professional organizations, and industry associations to enhance the company's visibility and attract top talent. 

  • Design visually appealing and engaging training slides and HR presentation materials. 

  • Other ad hoc tasks assigned
