We are excited to offer an internship programme, where you are exposed to different areas of the business. You are encouraged to explore your specific areas of interest (Operations/ Digital Marketing/ Business Development/ Finance) and collaborate with your mentors to design a customized curriculum and roadmap. Throughout the programme, you will have the chance to engage in cutting-edge research and apply your knowledge to real-world business cases.
Responsibilities
• Work alongside experienced professionals on live business cases – Learn about how the firm engage with counterparties
• Monitor and research on industry developments to assist in decision making
• Contribute creative ideas to tackle complex challenges
• Engage in collaborative team projects to enhance your ability to think critically, adapt to dynamic environments, and contribute effectively within a teambased setting
• Support day-to-day operations
Who you are
• We are seeking dynamic, curious and proactive individuals who are eager to gain exposure to various aspects of running a successful digital asset firm
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will be actively participating in team-based projects and brainstorming sessions
• While prior knowledge of digital assets is not required, a strong passion and willingness to learn are highly valued
• Commitment of at least 3 months preferred
