Job Description

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Support the HR on recruitment and selection of Temp/Contract hire roles ranging from entry to managerial level 
  • Sourcing & short-listing of candidates through resumes
  • Arranging & conducting of interviews to qualify candidates
  • Administering Comp & Ben plans
  • Conducting employee onboarding & help plan training & development plans
  • Answering of phone & e-mail inquiries
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Other Responsibilities:

  • Administrative works
  • Process Claims
  • Process Internal Payroll Matters
  • Collaborate across departments and oversea branches on events and issues
