Responsibilities:
1. Onboarding Coordination
Act as the primary liaison between the sales team, merchants, and internal stakeholders (Business Ops, Risk, Compliance, Tech, Deployment Team) to expedite onboarding.
Verify merchant documentation (KYC, contracts, bank details) and ensure compliance with AXS and regulatory standards (e.g., MAS, PCI-DSS).
Perform accurate data entry of merchant details into internal systems (CRM, onboarding trackers, and databases) and ensure information integrity throughout the process.
Track onboarding progress and SLA timelines to ensure prompt merchant activation.
Proactively coordinate with relevant teams to maintain SLA compliance.
2. Operational Backend Support
Process merchant applications, conduct preliminary risk assessments, and escalate complex cases.
Coordinate with relevant teams to set up merchant accounts, payment gateways, and POS integrations.
Resolve onboarding bottlenecks (e.g., missing documents, technical issues) to minimize delays.
3. Merchant Communication & Training
Guide merchants on onboarding requirements, AXS systems, and troubleshooting.
Conduct basic training sessions (or create guides) for merchants on dashboard usage, settlement cycles, and reporting.
4. Data Reporting
Compile, validate, and report week-on-week performance metrics across merchant acquisition and team productivity.
Coordinate data submissions across departments to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or related disciplines.
1–3 years of experience in business operations, reporting, or sales administration.
Solid analytical and reporting skills with strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, charts, formulas).
Meticulous with details, yet fast in execution — able to balance accuracy with urgency.
Strong communicator and natural collaborator who thrives in a high-energy, fast-moving environment.
Proactive, resourceful, and relentless in solving problems and driving results.
