AXA Singapore Pte Ltd – AXA – SWO Management Internship Programme

The MIP is a 12-week programme that aims to groom our interns holistically into future leaders in the industry. Interns will undergo intensive training in industry-related knowledge and skills, and be guided in the devising and execution of their own marketing strategies. Successful candidates can expect to receive attractive salaries and overseas trips for exceptional performance. Fast-track promotion to managerial positions is available for promising interns even before their university graduation.

A glimpse of your daily mission:

• Orientation to the AXA company culture

• Undergoing structured trainings by the AXA Distribution Development & Transformation Team

• Brainstorming, planning and execution of marketing ideas in groups, with guidance from experienced managers

• Learning managerial responsibilities through various activities

Throughout the internship, the candidate is expected to learn:

• Analytical skills – how to conduct financial needs analysis for customers and recommend appropriate solutions

• Marketing skills – how to identify potential markets and devise marketing strategies

• Presentation skills – how to put forth the most important information to attract your audience to buy your ideas

• Interpersonal skills – interaction with and building rapport with customers
