Job Description
1. Provide support on facilities and equipment maintenance which includes:
- Sourcing for contractors and suppliers and requesting for quotations
- Undertaking/assisting repair and maintenance works
- Undertaking/assisting facilities inspection
- Attending to services' requests
- Coordinating with maintenance contractors & services to schedule servicing and repair works
- Updating inventory of tools and spare parts
2. Provide support on Project Management which includes:
- Administering improvement works/addition and alteration works
3. Provide administrative support
4. Perform other duties as directed by the assigned supervisor
