Job Description

As our Sales Manager, you will:

  • Network with Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers etc. and acquire new projects and new accounts
  • Learn, develop and grow markets for Smart Home/ Office solutions B2B or clients through effective outbound prospecting
  • Acquire new sales and achieve profit goals
  • Drive the sales process: targeting top prospects, develop value-based proposals, conducting software demonstrations, negotiating and closing
  • Consistent management of the CRM system
  • Follow through on sold projects to ensure satisfactory completion. Ensure a smooth sales-to-operations turnover, and monitor project execution. Assist in resolving installation, collections, and other customer satisfaction issues as needed
  • Follow through with the customers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales-to-operation turnover and satisfactory completion of the projects. Assist in installation and other resolving customer satisfaction issues as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • In the industry for over 5 years, developed contacts with Interior Designers, Contractors, Developers etc.
  • Strong work ethics
  • Account development and strategic sales skills
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
  • Experience and comfortable with cold calling and other outbound prospecting duties
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to pivot and adapt to ever changing market and business needs.
  • Comfortable with technology systems and Internet applications
  • Results driven
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Good teamwork

Extensive Product Training will be provided.
