We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and placing top-notch babysitters and nannies with our clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract qualified babysitters and nannies through various channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess caregivers' skills, experience, and suitability.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences.
• Match clients with suitable babysitters and nannies based on their requirements.
• Conduct thorough interviews with potential babysitters and nannies.
• Evaluate caregivers' qualifications, references, and background checks.
• Ensure all caregivers meet the company’s high standards of care and professionalism.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Strong interviewing and assessment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
