Aunty is a babysitting app in Singapore that connects parents to pre-vetted babysitters. Designed for busy parents, bookings can be made for the same day to 3 months in advance. Parents can search, interview and book within minutes!

About the job:

The Growth and Operations Intern will assist with a variety of administrative, project coordination, and process optimization tasks, as well as contribute to the smooth operation of services.

What you will be doing:

• Identify process optimization opportunities and work to implement automated processes.
• Improving operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Support the development of insightful key business metrics to help drive product adoption and user engagement.
• Support on-going projects and keeping track of the project progress
• Analyze product adoption and user behaviour; identify and propose improvement for product optimization and iterations.
• Ensuring all operations are carried out in a smooth and appropriate way
• Able to propose and implement solutions to automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency
• Other ad-hoc tasks, if required

Requirements:

• Excellent attention to detail, organised and able to contribute your analytical and interpersonal skills to the delivery of projects.
• Ability to develop frontend code for administrative functions will be advantageous
• Proactive, innovative, flexible and willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to work independently
