Aunty Pte Ltd – Business Analyst Intern

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Business Analyst Intern to help us evaluating business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and profitability. You will support the development and testing of our new web and mobile application and ensure our operational processes, especially payouts, run smoothly and accurately. You will bridge the gap between business and our tech partner, working closely with users and internal team to ensure quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the platform meets business needs.
• Identify bugs, usability issues, and workflow issues in web and mobile apps.
• Support feedback collection and validation across stakeholders.
• Assist in coordinating app releases and deployments with developers and internal teams.
• Monitor project deliverables and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Evaluate current business processes and workflows and recommend solutions or tools to streamline operations and reduce manual work.
• Support reconciliation exercises with finance to ensure data accuracy and reduce discrepancies
• Develop internal tracking structures and assist with KPI setting to support performance visibility
• Build dashboards and reports that increase operational productivity and provide actionable insights
• Organize project documentation to ensure accessibility for internal teams.
• Work with tech and business teams to translate business needs into system requirements.
• Participate in brainstorming and solutioning sessions to solve operational challenges

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PivotTable.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-driven attitude.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
