Job Description
About your role
- Assist in the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Verify and organize financial supporting documents (e.g., invoices, receipts, contracts)
- Analyze and reconcile monthly transactions and account activities
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate financial records
- Support internal reviews and audits by preparing requested documentation
- Collaborate with the team to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis and other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software is a plus (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
