Job Description
Training Administration
- Collaborate with line managers in sourcing for and securing relevant training
- Perform registration for selected courses
- Update courses attended in excel spreadsheet
- Obtain relevant government funding for applicable courses
- Liaise with course providers on course certificate and related follow-ups
Benefits Administration
- Work in partnership with insurance agents on administering company insurance
- Follow up with all queries on insurance claims
- Set up account for new hires with Raffles Medical Group and IHP
- Check and review medical leave records
Work Passes
- Apply for Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit as and when it is required
- Renew Employment Pass, S Pass and Work Permit
- Monitor renewal of all work passes
- Work with MOM to resolve all work passes matters
Assistant to HR team
- Do filing for all HR related matters
- Assist Senior HR Manager and HR Executive in all HR related matters
Job Specifications:
- Meticulous and conscientious person
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Preferably at least 1 year of experience in HR
- Likes to work in a fast paced and challenging environment
