Who are we?
We're Attores, a blockchain technology startup based out of Singapore. Attores is in the business of issuing digital certificates using blockchain technology and providing Smart Contracts as a Service. We are hiring interns to help us with our crowdsale of tokens to bootstrap the development of our new product Indorse.
What is Indorse?
Have you ever used social media and noticed all the ads popping up in your news feed? Have you ever stopped to wonder about how these networks are earning advertising revenue off your use of the platform, without passing them on to you? Indorse wants to take that revenue model and turn it on its’ head. You put the “social” in social media - not the company that runs the network, and you deserve to be rewarded for your contributions.
Indorse will be a professional social media network with two major features. First, it will allow people to verify their credentials and second, it will allow people to earn directly from sharing, posting and using the network.
To achieve this, Indorse will be built on Ethereum, a open-source blockchain platform. The code will be completely transparent and open for anyone to view and audit. Future developments will be community driven - you get the features you vote for. Anyone can participate in the platform and earn from their participation.
What is a token sale?
In order to raise the funds required to build Indorse, we're looking to hold a crowdsale of tokens. These tokens are digital in nature, and will be usable on the Indorse platform.
The crowdsale of tokens is doing for technology projects what kickstarter did for products. This model of fund raising is still in its’ infancy, with startups still figuring out the best way to do it. What is clear though, is that this model has the potential to disrupt traditional venture capital models of funding. It enables the common man to participate and back technology projects that they believe in, just like how kickstarter helped you to make the products you like a reality.
Current Vacancy
We are looking for 2-3 interns to join us on this journey.
We are looking for interns who are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree/polytechnic diploma, preferably in a business or marketing related course. (if you do not fall within this category, but are enthusiastic about the idea and have the skills listed below, feel free to apply!)
We expect our interns to have a basic understanding of blockchain, Bitcoin and Ethereum (we’ll fill you in on the rest).
Being social media savvy is a requirement. Our interns should be familiar with current social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Reddit, LinkedIn and public forums (among others), and have good online and offline connections.
Having graphic design skills (ie. proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design tools) and the ability to sketch and draw well is a bonus.
Our interns have a positive and can-do attitude, be enthusiastic about blockchain technology and excited about being a part of something new.
What you will learn
You will gain a functional understanding of Ethereum, blockchain and distributed ledger technology, which we think is the best thing since sliced bread and the next big technology to revolutionise society.
You will be able to have a hands-on approach to experiencing start-up life, and interact directly with various stakeholders involved.
You will also learn about the different operations and processes behind a social media campaign. You will help to design marketing strategies and implement them for the campaign and have a hand in the running of a novel fund raising model.
Your role with us
You will help to:
accelerate user growth across all channels through content, social media and advertisements
help build the community around Indorse, engage them and generate new ideas to keep them involved
monitor and optimise performance to improve user acquisition and activation
help create creative material for articles, emails and social media
