Job Description

What will the role involve? You’ll join an industry-focused team and build your niche specialisation — what we call a 6x6 specialisation — helping drive sales, revenue, and your own career growth. You’ll manage a 360° recruitment desk, which includes a strong focus on business development: sourcing new clients, negotiating terms, and signing local, regional, or even global agreements. On the sourcing side, you’ll handle headhunting, market mapping, and conducting in-depth searches to connect top talent with your clients. 

After completing your training, you’ll run your desk with full autonomy — giving you control over your own career trajectory.

 

What are we looking for?

  • Strong prior experience in recruitment with a proven sales track record
  • A well-established network and solid knowledge of your specialist industry
  • Alternatively, experience in a sales/hunting environment and comfort with cold calling, prospecting, and daily sales activities
  • Drive to succeed in a high-performance, target-driven sales environment (yes, we have KPIs — but they’re here to motivate you!)
