Assemblyclan – Marketing Intern

We’re looking for a self-motivated, thorough intern to support the day-to-day execution of our content and operations across Assemblyclan (creative agency) and HappyFrames (portrait studio). This is a hands-on, executional role — you’ll work closely with the team to keep content moving, shoots running smoothly, and reporting organised.

What you’ll do

Social media execution

• Schedule and publish content across key platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)

• Support basic community management where needed (e.g. monitoring comments/DMs, flagging queries)

• Assist with organising content assets (folders, captions, post formats) to keep workflows neat and consistent

Production support

• Assist with shoots (on-site support, prep, logistics, coordination)

• Help ensure content assets are properly archived after shoots

Reporting support

• Collate data for monthly reporting (e.g. post performance, engagement, reach, follower growth)

• Maintain clean, accurate tracking sheets and ensure deadlines are met

HappyFrames support (as needed)

• Support operations such as delivery of prints and coffee table books

• Assist with packing/checking items for delivery to ensure quality and accuracy

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Degree holder (or currently pursuing) — Degree preferred

• Comfortable with an executional role and enjoys getting things done

• Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented (you double-check your work)

• Able to manage multiple small tasks and meet timelines

• Bonus (not required): basic familiarity with social media platforms and marketing workflows
