Assemble and it’s sister brand ‘ACCENT’ are dedicated to bringing clients unparalleled craft and precision on the outfits we make. We will be needing a team of passionate individuals to deliver and grow together with the brand.
As an Accounts Specialist, you will be working closely with the founders. We are looking for an analytical and result driven candidate, with an extensive knowledge of accounting processes, someone who's keen to look for opportunities to optimise current processes and to maintain a high quality of service.
Your typical day includes:
-Compiling profit/loss on daily/weekly and monthly cycles
-Completeness check & uncleared invoices to be follow up
-Follow up on supplier statement of accounts (payment reminders)
-Perform month end filings and backup financial statements
You do not need to report to work everyday. Looking for a candidate who is seeking flexible part time basis.
