About the role:
If you are curious about managing talent programs in a fast-paced and growing fintech and gaining experience in this field, this is a great opportunity. You will be supporting the Head of People with implementing Aspire’s inaugural summer internship program from start to finish, providing end-to-end support to all interns under the program with the ultimate purpose of achieving a high full-time conversion rate. You will also work closely with track leads (senior managers) throughout the course of the program to ensure seamless management of interns’ learning progress. Lastly, you will also be supporting some ad-hoc projects in the People & Culture and Talent Acquisition Team.
What will you be doing?
Talent Program Management:
- Oversee implementation and coordination of Internship Program
- Advise and liaise with relevant stakeholders (Interns, Track Leads, Management, Educational Institutions) on all program related matters
- Create and update internal program guidelines
- Onboard and orientate incoming interns to help interns get up to speed fast
- Ensure well being of interns through regular communication
- Collate and analyze feedback from interns at phases of the internship program
Strategic Recruiting:
- Create appealing Job Descriptions (JD) with creativity and accuracy and post jobs on various channels and job boards
- Develop and execute Recruitment Strategies to effectively source potential high caliber candidates with the right fit
- Manage interview and assessment process and coordinate with candidates and hiring process
- Keep the candidate database clean and statuses updated
- Support recruiting operations, admin tasks and reporting for the recruiting team
- Any other ad hoc duties as required
We would love to get to know you if you have the following:
- Penultimate/final year pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in HR, Psychology, Business or Social Sciences; recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Strong problem solving, communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoy working with people and getting to know them
- Must be available to commit on a part-time basis (min. 2 days) from Feb 2022- Apr 2022 and full-time basis from May 2022 - Aug 2022
