Job Description

Technical Support Intern


Learning Outcomes:

•Understand function of each module on Placement System such as Electronics and Electrical Control System

•Understand how to operate equipment with help of operating software and application software.

•Able to understand function of each module in Placement Equipment, dismantle/assemble parts step-by-step. 

•With the familiarisation of dismantling/assemble parts step-by-step, to create instruction manual for end user such as Service Engineers / customers technician to refer for parts exchange.

•Ability to analyse machine fault, create step-by-step document how to troubleshoot and get the machine back to function.


Requirements:

•Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Electronics/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent

•Eager to learn and able to work under pressure to achieve deliverables

•With Photography and Video Editing Skills
