Operations Intern
You will work closely with the COO and Product team to streamline and coordinate operational processes. You will be joining a closely knit team and have the opportunity to work alongside business veterans.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement management initiatives, and operational processes.
Assist on the company’s engagement of vendors/service providers.
Research on operational best practices, licensing, finance regulations, industry benchmarks, competitors.
Consolidate and tabulate research in presentable formats.
Analyse and propose recommendations.
Liaise with other departments to iron out ad hoc requests or issues.
Create SOP guidelines for internal department procedures.
Ensure that adequate internal procedures and controls are in place with checks and balances.
Assist COO with general administrative work.
Assist marketing team in events.
Requirements
Relevant experience/degree in Business Management or Operations.
Strong business acumen.
Strong attention to detail, teamwork, good work ethic, and self-motivation are highly valued attributes.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task and perform under stress.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
