Job Description
  • System Administration - IT Service Desk specialist provides 1st and 2nd line administration and support for computer systems, webinar/GoToMeeting, network systems, application, office server infrastructure and cloud systems.
  • Technical Support - Responsible for effectively, efficiently and promptly resolving issues related to PC systems, software (MS Office, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint etc) and company applications for internal users, including remote staff, to ensure customer satisfaction. Responsible for monitoring and communications/escalation with 2-nd and 3-d level support, including local vendors/suppliers and service providers, in order to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
  • Hardware Systems - Manage office server infrastructure and network, firewall infrastructure. Familiar with deployment tools, MS Server, Azure for small-medium size business.
  • Manage administrative processes (asset management, De-acquisition, change/service requests, and problemmanagement)
  • Software Development - Familiar with web development using framework such as Meteor and LAMP stack. Also familiar with WordPress website setup, maintenance and PHP programming.

Requirements

  • Delivered one or more production web applications using a contemporary JavaScript framework (Angular.js, React, Backbone, Ember, Meteor, jQuery)
  • Passion for creating efficient, scalable, highly usable web interfaces
  • Work well in teams, respecting and welcoming ideas from partners, business stakeholders, and technical experts
  • Knowledge of usability principles, cross-browser compatibility, and HTML document architecture
  • 2 years PC desktop equipment and associated software, and/or LAN certified Network administration and/or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to communicate well with stakeholders and quick to respond on urgent queries or requests
