Job Description
  • Prepare quotations accurately, process orders, monitor customer orders precisely, record keeping, coordinate and co-operate with other team members of the same department and/or other departments to meet customers’ expectation of a reliable service.
  • Canvass for sales thru outdoor channels ( door to door office /shop visit)
  • Be willing to be stationed at trade fair/roadshow/exhibitions that company participates to canvass sales.
  • Explain and or provide customers with necessary product information of the products as well as communicating the use of all the products in the most professional and efficient way.
  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction through regular telephone contact

Requirements

  • Diploma or Higher Nitec in any related field
  • Possess initiative, ability to multitask
  • Class 3 driver license (not compulsory)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual in English & Chinese
