Job Description
- Good knowledge of interior architectural details, working drawings and construction practices.
- Proficient in AutoCad, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office suite, Revit.
- Flair in design; able to sketch fast and produce good design concept.
- Good understanding of materials cost and application.
- Work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production.
- Responsible for project deliverables, meeting overall project design schedules.
- Result-oriented and passionate to deliver projects successfully.
- Able to work independently with a high degree of integrity.
- Value support and cultivate cooperation among colleagues.
- Work closely with the team and Design Lead to develop, coordinate and implement the interior design of projects from concept design to documentation and construction.
- Liaison with client, sub-contractor.
- planning & coordinating Project Schedule
- Briefing respective contractors and vendors on project requirements
- Coordinate & manage contractors on and off site
- Progressive site report with photos 7 videos (once a week)
- Liaise with designer and sales on site status periodically (twice a week)
- Variation Order (if any) due to site condition, send in report to lead designer
- Purchase order based on specification prepared by designer
- ensuring accuracy of construction drawings and actual built-up
- A recognized Degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture.
- Fresh Grad are welcomed
- Preferable experience in workplace.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Strong presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Conversant with local codes and regulations.
- Singaprean or PR only
