This position provides administrative and analytical support to sales and marketing team. This role involves tasks like preparing sales reports, managing customer data, conducting market research, and assisting with sales strategies and campaign execution. He/ She also handles customer inquiries, coordinates sales activities, and contributes to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the sales and marketing efforts.
Sales Support:
· Provide general administrative support to the sales team.
· Support sales operations by processing orders, managing sales-related documentation, and ensuring efficient order processing and delivery.
· Assist in monthly order forecast planning and submission to supply plants (AU/MY/TH, etc).
· Assist in updating databases e.g. Pricing.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
· Conduct market research, analyze market trends e.g. benchmarking, monitoring, etc. Gather data on competitors, products, and consumer behavior.
· Monitor competitor activities, analyze their strategies, and identify opportunities to differentiate the company's portfolios.
Data Analysis:
· Track sales metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare reports for management, highlighting key trends and performance indicators.
Report Generation:
· Prepare reports summarizing market research findings and analysis, providing insights to the sales and marketing teams.
Trend Identification:
· Study the industry trends and best practices, collate and share relevant information with the team.
Others:
· Other administrative work or ad-hoc task when required.
Qualification:
Degree in Marketing or Business in Marketing specialization
Requirements:
‑ Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
‑ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
‑ Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
‑ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
‑ Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and expose to new and different challenges

‑ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
‑ Previous experience in sales or marketing support is an advantage
‑ Strong time management skills
- Commit to a full time internship, starting this year, for a period of 6 months, or start in January 2026.
