Arista Singapore Pte Ltd – eCommerce Intern

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the company’s e-commerce business on various online platforms (Lazada, Shopee, Zalora and Shopify)
• Manage product listings by uploading of products, keeping product info. updated and optimizing existing product listings according to platform requirements
• Manage order fulfilment and stock availability across platforms
• Handle customer enquiries and assist with placements of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints
• Ensure new collection are uploaded to website and marketplaces
• Support promotional campaigns through submission of promotions mechanics, updating of content (banners, copy, images etc.).

Requirements

• Singaporeans and Singapore PRs only.
• BA or equivalent degree in Business, E-commerce, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel (V lookup & Pivot Table)
• Organized and meticulous
• Willing to learn, resourceful, fast, efficient, and able to work independently
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• The ideal person has a passion in e-commerce and digital marketing, comes with a curious mindset, is digitally savvy and a problem solver.
• Experience with Adobe software will be a plus - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign

Learning Outcomes

• Exposure to fundamental knowledge in:
  • order & fulfilment processes
  • management and processes on major online retailing platforms
• Exposure to all aspects of eCommerce management - logistics, inventory and customer service
• Gathering and understanding of important data and analysis for products selection and promotional activities.
