About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer support operations. This role is ideal for a strong leader who can drive team performance, improve customer satisfaction, and ensure a seamless service experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure high performance
Develop and implement customer service strategies and policies
Monitor KPIs and improve service delivery standards
Handle complex or escalated customer concerns effectively
Train, coach, and mentor team members
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
Analyze customer feedback and identify areas for improvement
Requirements
Proven experience as a Customer Service Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with CRM systems and customer service tools
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
