This role reports to Arcstone's Chief Growth Officer.

Job Description
- Work in partnership with Arcstone executive leadership to identify scalable business opportunities, then help build operational plans to execute against these opportunities.
- Work with existing or potential strategic partners to identify future creative growth opportunities to craft Arcstone’s growth trajectory.
- Work with cross-functional teams to help guide initial implementation of strategic plans.
- Diagnose complex problems and develop compelling, data-driven recommendations.
- Work with the team to analyze opportunities, synthesize findings, develop go-forward plans, and act as part of the ongoing team to translate recommendations into results.
- Relentlessly and swiftly execute on those recommendations until stakeholders are satisfied.
Requirements
- You have just obtained or are currently pursuing BA or BS from a globally recognized top-tier university—we are looking for those who are academically sharp and professionally at the highest!
- You are not intimidated by working long hour and able to handle stress well to maintain a positive vibe.
- You possess excellent communication skills and an aptitude for distilling complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.
- You have demonstrated experience and excellence in driving complex and cross-functional projects with multiple partners.
- You do not mind with ambiguity, uncertainty, and a dynamic business landscape.
- You possess relationship-building skills and experience working closely with senior executives.
- You have low ego attitude and enthusiasm to shift from high-level critical thinking to stepping in and helping drive implementation alongside functional teams.
