Architects Of Life (AOL) is a Social Enterprise that specializes in developing the human potential of Youths-at-Risk and Ex-offenders through outreach, developmental & training programs. Our vision is to help transform them from stigmatized stereotypes to societal archetypes.
You will work closely with our marketing and content leads to produce meaningful, story-rich videos that amplify our social impact work. If you have a passion for visual storytelling, enjoy crafting narratives that move people, and love turning raw footage into clear, engaging stories — this internship is for you.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, events, and social media
2. Develop compelling storylines from interviews, scripts, and real-life narratives
3. Manage footage, organise media assets, and ensure timely delivery of final edits
4. Support on-site shoots, including setup, lighting, sound, and production coordination
Learning Objectives and Outcomes:
1. Build a strong portfolio of impact-driven video projects from concept to final edit
2. Strengthen storytelling skills — learning how to craft narratives that move and inspire audiences
3. Learn to operate in a professional creative environment with deadlines, briefs, and collaborative feedback loops
