Your key role as an Executive Assistant is to provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Partners, thereby ensuring efficient daily operations and building a collaborative work environment. Apart from handling the diary and travel arrangements, you will be required to support in the coordination of meetings and minutes taking work. You will also be responsible of organizing events, coordinating off site meetings and liaising closely with internal and external stakeholders.

You report directly into the Manager to ensure that the office operations are efficient at all times. You will take on a proactive and initiative filled approach when handling internal queries and ad hoc requests. Your role is an important and highly regarded support function that could greatly influence a friendly work environment.
skills and experience required
The successful incumbent for this role is preferred to come with at least 2 years of secretarial experience in the professional services industry. We are looking for a passionate individual who is able to maintain a calm composure in stressful situations, able to function in a small team and who possesses an excellent work attitude.
