As a growing education brand, we are also building a stronger social media and digital presence to better connect with students and parents. We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing & Content Creation Intern to join our team and help bring the Ancourage brand to life through engaging content, videos, and campaigns.
If you enjoy social media, filming, editing, storytelling, and turning ideas into content people actually enjoy watching, this role will give you hands-on experience and real ownership.
We are looking for a Marketing & Content Creation Intern to support Ancourage Academy’s branding, content, and social media efforts.
This is a hybrid role. You may work from home when suitable, but you should be prepared to be in office 4 days a week for filming, collaboration, and content-related tasks. You should also be comfortable travelling between our Bishan and Woodlands outlets when needed. Working hours are 11:00am to 7:00pm.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being creative, staying on top of social media trends, and creating content that is both engaging and meaningful.
What you’ll do
- Film, edit, and create short-form social media content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other digital channels
- Assist in brainstorming and executing content ideas, campaigns, and marketing concepts
- Capture videos, photos, behind-the-scenes moments, and day-to-day academy content
- Support content shoots at our Bishan and Woodlands outlets
- Help write captions, prepare simple post copy, and support content scheduling
- Assist with branding, promotions, events, and campaign execution
- Support other branding, campaign, or marketing-related tasks as needed
What we’re looking for
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, content creation, or social media
- Comfortable with filming, editing, and basic content production
- Familiar with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Comfortable appearing in videos and content when required
- Able to take initiative, contribute ideas, and work independently
- Organised, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Interest in education, youth content, or student-focused branding is a plus
