Amorepacific Singapore Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern (Jan – June 2022)

Incumbent will support Luxury Division Marketing team in artwork creation as well as to assist in e-commerce operations.

A. CREATIVE SUPPORT

• To resize create artwork for banners/ product images on e-commerce (including marketplace, retailer’s e-com platforms, Sulwhasoo & HERA Beauty e-Lounge)
• To support marketing team in creation of assets such as posters, leaflets, DM etc
• Work with marketing team to create assets for social platforms

B. DIGITAL

• Assist in ensuring accurate information is posted in marketplace and on e-retailer sites
• Support e-retailers and e-commerce platforms operations
• Support the social media channels in developing social strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement. (facebook, instagram and Tiktok)
• Support in creating regular content for Tiktok account.

C. OTHERS

• Analysis of competitors
• Manage paperwork submission
• Support in ad hoc projects and duties from time to time
• Supporting BGM in presentation materials and other adhoc tasks

IDEAL BACKGROUND

• Fresh graduates in business/marketing/ communications/ digital media with less than 1 year working experience
• Strong passion & interest for Beauty industry and designing works
• This candidate will work alongside with the Social Media lead to compose Tiktok content ideas that are relatable, fun and informational.
• Creative and out-going and knowledgeable on the trends in Tiktok.
• Have knowledge of Tiktok, including how to: film, edit and use Tiktok features.
• Knowledge of Photoshop, or design software mandatory
• Eye for detail and flair for copywriting
• SNS Savvy
• Excellent team player and independent worker. Able to follow and execute both verbal and written instructions;
• Demonstrate highest level of professionalism, independent, self-reliant, self-motivated and ability to achieve goals and meet deadlines without supervision.
• Strong project management skills to complete tasks with accuracy and with attention to details. Must consistently meet tight deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined
