Purpose & Objective of Position:
The Solution Management Intern supports the Solution Management team throughout a solution life-cycle. The successful candidate will have a chance to get hands-on experience in delivering solutions to satisfy customers’ business needs.
The ideal candidate will have interpersonal and communication skills, confidence and strength of character to manage a complex set of tasks.
Expectations & Tasks:
Work closely with Travel Intelligence’s Solution Manager to support implementation project(s)
Create documentation and presentations using desktop and enterprise software tools
Develop content for use in management reviews and presentation to key business stakeholders related to implementation progress
Work independently to perform tasks following established procedures and within guidelines for quality and time-to-completion
Perform other tasks as assigned
Skills / Competencies:Ability to assimilate complex ideas and detailed information into professional written, spoken and visual communications
Ability to consistently deliver results in a high-energy environment
Self-motivated team player
Fluent English – written and spoken
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Educational Requirements:Recent graduate or graduate student, or student who has completed a minimum of three years of university-level academic studies in data sciences, project management, or business.
