Role Summary:
We are looking for a Business Operations Intern to join our Operations team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operations of the business by assisting with administrative, coordination, and process improvement tasks. This role offers hands-on exposure to how a growing business operates, with opportunities to learn across operations, customer experience, and internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support daily operational and administrative activities
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document preparation
- Help coordinate schedules, bookings, and internal processes
- Assist in improving workflows, systems, and operational efficiency
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Management, or a related field
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
