We are looking for an Office Admin Inter who will be contributing in supporting the daily operation, client experience and procurement work. Through this internship, you would gain hands-on experience in business operation, customer service and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and accurately to data and report requests from customers & suppliers.
Intercompany and cross department communication to ensure smooth collaboration across teams.
Provide administrative support in day-to-day operations.
Assist in office-related matters, such as office supplies, equipment maintenance, and liaising with external service providers.
Data entry to record office operations.
Any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Management, Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English and Chinese, Korean better.
Willingness to learn and contribute to a team.
Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
