Allies of Skin was founded with a simple goal in mind: To create smart, effective products for the modern multi-hyphenate; using potent antioxidants and intelligent nutrients.
Our first product was launched in December of 2015, and in less than a year, we have gained a foothold in the US, UK and Canada markets.
As the company's focus is on our products, customer experience, and design aesthetic, we will be looking for individuals (interns, full-timers) who can contribute in these areas.
What is an E-Commerce Executive?
As E-Commerce Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, vendors and partners; and will be working very closely with everyone in our multi-disciplinary team external partners.

Handling sales orders for both our e-commerce store and channel partners.
Online and Offline Customer Engagement. (Replying customer enquiries via email and on social media platforms)
Overseeing our company's online sales and presence.
Proposing and executing all operational activities and provide support to ensure that objectives are achieved.
Generating reports for various marketing and partnership campaigns.
Managing delivery arrangements with channel partners, especially ship-by dates.
Responsible for inventory management, transfers and allocation.
Sending collaterals to different partners and regions where need arises.
Providing administrative and operational support where necessary.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree holders in preferably business management or marketing.
Self-starter, independent and hands-on.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Passionate about beauty and skincare.
Good understanding of fashion and well-groomed.
Prior retail or FMCG experience is highly advantageous.
