Allies of Skin is a Singaporean company, with its very own line of skincare products. We aim to cut through the noise of the beauty industry with our game-changing products for the modern hyphenate. Our first product was launched in December of 2015, and in less than a year, we have gained a foothold in the US, UK and Canada markets. As the company's focus is on product ingenuity, customer experience, and design aesthetic, we will be looking for individuals (interns, full-timers) who can contribute in these areas.
Responsibilities
- Fulfilment of orders (Direct & Wholesale)
- Stocktaking
- Engaging site visitors, responding to enquiries
- Data collection
- Assisting in driving projects to design and improve customer touchpoints
- Logging of accounts payables & receivables movements
Requirements
- Singaporean/Singapore PR
- Proficient in English
- Ability to commit for at least 3 months
- Basic working knowledge of Word & Excel
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field
This opportunity might potentially lead to a conversion for a full-time role. Poly graduates very much welcome! Prior experience in any customer service role (F&B, Hospitality, Call Centre Agent) is a plus, but not a must!
