Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with outbound calls to potential customers (cold calls)

  • Assist with follow-up calls, emails, and message tracking

  • Help prepare call lists and update customer information

  • Record call outcomes and maintain basic sales records

  • Support simple sales research and lead qualification

  • Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Japanese (spoken and written)

  • Basic English communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone

  • Interest in sales, business, or international work

  • Organized, reliable, and willing to learn
