Key Responsibilities
1. Organize and save files from common drive to the internal Document Management System (DMS), by using the new logical structure and naming convention (for single underwriting cases documentation, contracts and team-relevant materials only).
2. Assist to prepare PowerPoint slides for internal underwriting reports and analysis.
3. Support the team in administrative tasks, presentations and analysis.
4. Ad-hoc duties to support the L&H Underwriting team, as required.
Key Qualifications
1. Possess the necessary papers to work in Singapore (i.e. Singapore citizen, PR, etc)
2. Strong interest and affinity to the insurance industry; prior experience in an insurance company or MNC will be advantageous.
3. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Work, good general computing skills, knowledge of other document management system is a plus.
4. Strong attention to detail, task-oriented and independent worker.
5. Good written communication skills.
