We're currently looking for a Part-Time Assistant for our Wealth Management Technology team. You are expected to work 2-3 days/week from Aug to late Dec 2025. As a Part-Time Assistant, you will earn hands-on experience by becoming part of our IT family. Here are some of the main areas in which you could develop: Business Analysis, Project Management and Quality Management.
Apart from learning on the job, you will be benefit from an international business surrounding giving you the opportunity to learn how global teams function and a standardized training plan including functional and organizational topics as well as social skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Wealth Management Technology team for the implementation of digital offerings across the full value chain
- Work closely with IT Project Manager / Product Owner for the development of IT solutions for the German and other European markets and assist in several business analysis and quality assurance topics
- Requirement analysis, create conceptual specifications and ensure the technical specifications meet the requirements, delivery of associated documentations within software development life cycles
- Test concept development, description of user driven test cases as well as technical test cases using tools such as postman during the development phase and beyond (regression)
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Currently enrolled as Bachelor or Master student and pursuing your studies in Information Technology or equivalent
- Good knowledge about the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its phases
- Knowledge of agile methods and experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira)
- Work experience in agile software development projects with responsibilities in business analysis and/or quality assurance areas is highly appreciated
- Knowledge of Cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and DevOps is a plus
- Proficient in English
- Genuine interest in Information Technology and Asset Management industry
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
**Priority will be given to students who are available to work 2-3 days/week from Aug to late Dec 2025.
