Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle clients’ enquiries, prepare quotations
- Follow-up with Insurers and Clients on quotations and policy matters
- Update clients’ cases into company systems
- Monitor and follow-up on clients’ payments
- Any other admin functions
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in business related faculty with 1 year experience. Those without work experience but with willing to learn attitude and good academic records are welcome to apply.
- Good planning and organisation skill
- Meticulous and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Enjoy working in fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and IT system
- Successful candidate must be willing to take and pass the general insurance certifications sponsored by the company
