About this opportunity
iTero e-Commerce Associate will be responsible for the launch of a new ANZ iTero eCommerce store. This role will be responsible for B2B digital marketing, institutionalizing sales processes, order fulfillment, and customer services. This role will partner with Global Digital e-Commerce, and ANZ internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Operations, Customer Service) to enhance customer experience for the ANZ market. Apart from launching e-Commerce store, this role will also compile and analyze APAC survey results of customer trials for Go-digital Program. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys establishing robust business/system processes to achieve scale and collaborating with other team members to improve customer experience.
In this role, you will…
- Assist APAC iTero Service Business to launch e-Commerce Store using Shopify for ANZ market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Global and ANZ cross-functions) to agree on e-Commerce Store content, systems, and processes for e-Commerce Store go-live.
- Analyze website analytics and survey results to draw actionable insights and provide recommendations
- Require the following to take on this challenge:
- Knowledgeable of e-Commerce website builder, Shopify
- Use of web analytics for targeting analysis and Excel spreadsheets for statistics reporting
- Excellent communication, organizational and collaboration skills
- Analytical and quality assurance skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
