Alangkaar Pte Ltd is a Wedding and Events company established in 2021. We provide various services within the scope of events from Decoration, Photography, Videography, Planning, and much more. We are a small team of 10 people including our overseas staff. Our goal is to provide the best valued added service to our customers and provide an end-to-end seamless experience in events and wedding Core Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for communications with customers, suppliers, and internal departments to push within deadlines and successful positive completion of projects with weekly reporting.
Responsible for accounts payable and receivables, updating the system, and providing clean monthly reports of financial progress.
Responsible for effective system implementation and improvements to push for faster lead times with a better quality of final products.
Managing emails, schedules, and communications of Director, and assisting him in required tasks from time to time.
Second pair of eyes when overseeing companies' content being produced, providing feedback when needed.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, creating reports, scheduling meetings.
Updating into the system, worker timings, creating job orders for part-timers, sending contracts to suppliers.
Sourcing for part-timers when needed, handling interviews, and hiring when the director is unavailable.
