CANDIDATE PROFILE 


- Age: 25 years minimum
- Educational background: a minimum of bachelor level in marketing and communication - Master degree will be appreciated.
- Experience in the implementation and execution of brand/ product strategy, positioning and promotion with strong interest in wine culture.
- Experience in marketing events and fairs with ability to demonstrate strong project and time management skills.

- Ability in working within multicultural business environment.

- Fluent in English, both spoken & written - French will be appreciated.

REQUIREMENTS FROM THE COMPANY

- Knowledge or interest of consumer lifestyle habits as well as wine and food.

Job Description

- Report to the General Director.
- Wide range of responsibilities.

- Liaise with other operational departments.
- Drive the launching of a lifestyle dispensing solution in Singapore and SEA markets.

- Promote solution by using on-line and print media coverage.

- Deliver the marketing strategies to support solution-based-selling, drive business opportunities and stimulate sales for the organization.

- Create, implement and manage communications activities to generate product awareness, brand identity, benefits and promotion to customers, trade, industry and media through product launching and marketing collaterals.

- Build and manage media and public relations; drive development and implementation of media strategies; publication through media promo such as banner, media press release, press conference, media gathering, media ads and newsletter publication.  

- Track consumer and market insights by conducting consumer research.

- Partner with clients to define business needs and objectives, crafting appropriate communication strategies and identifying appropriate marketing tactics to achieve business goals.

- Identify cost effective communication methods to raise the external image and messaging for the dispensing solution and its product lines in Singapore and ASEAN region.

- Develop a digital marketing social media strategy and deliver messaging using a variety of tools, including events, brochures, web, video, info-graphics and social media.

- Coordinate media relations outreach activities including preparation and editing of media materials such as press releases, backgrounders, fact sheets, as well as the collection and analysis of media coverage.

- Lead internal communication by sharing marketing activities and project successes with internal stakeholders.

- Manage budget/cost to plan of assigned business (i.e. advertising, promotion campaign, customer presentations, web, etc).

- Developing promotional trade-up and add-on programs.

- Handling of specific tasks requested by the General Director.
