Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in providing technical support to end-users.

  • Assist in the deployment and installation of AImazing’s devices onsite.

  • Responsible for the hardware and software installation of system and device.

  • Able to conduct on-call (weekdays and weekends) level 1 trouble-shooting**.

  • Guide and advice users on simple, step-by-step instructions.

  • Record technical issues and solutions in logs.

  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel users related to the system.

  • Follow up on the progress of any outstanding issues.

  • Support and troubleshoot to resolve technical issues pertaining to system and device.

  • Escalate specific requests to the next level for immediate attention and resolutions

  • Perform other IT-related duties when assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate possesses POS sales experience.

  • Able to commit Full-Time

  • Good communication skills.

  • Good technical support skills.

  • No experience but have a keen interest to kick start their career in IT are welcome to apply!
