Job Description

Role Overview

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to manage day-to-day sales and client coordination. You will handle enquiries, prepare quotes, follow up regularly, and see projects through to completion. This role involves direct contact with architects, contractors, and project managers, as well as coordination with our internal production and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle client enquiries, follow up consistently, and close orders
  • Prepare quotations for product supply and full-scope acoustic jobs
  • Meet clients to present material options or take site measurements when required
  • Liaise with contractors, architects, and consultants to confirm specifications
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation
  • Keep track of leads, quotes, and project statuses in an organised manner
  • Support overseas sales coordination, including dealer communication or export follow-ups
  • Work with project managers to ensure successful project delivery

Prerequisites

  • Singaporean and PR
  • Speak English and Mandarin
  • A degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client liaison.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently manage tasks.
  • Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn through hands-on experience.
